On-Site Restaurant & Lounge

Guests will receive a $10 dining credit, to be used during your stay. The credit can be used for breakfast items, including baked goods, tropical fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, tea, or other menu offerings available. Breakfast is served daily from 6:30 am until 10 am in the Wai‘oli Lounge, where you can also enjoy a variety of beverages such as lattes and cappuccinos.

Bull Shed Hilo

After more than five decades serving generations of residents and visitors on Kauaʻi, the legendary Bull Shed Restaurant is opening its first location outside the Garden Isle at the Hilo Hawaiian Hotel. We will be opening on July 29, 2026 and are accepting reservations now.

Our original Kapaʻa, Kauaʻi location is temporarily closed for renovations. Stay tuned.

Leading the culinary program is Executive Chef Ryan Brannigan, who brings more than two decades of culinary leadership at premier Hawaiʻi resorts, including Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort & Spa and The Royal Hawaiian. His focus has been on maintaining the quality, consistency and signature flavors that have made Bull Shed a Hawaiʻi favorite for more than five decades, while introducing a limited number of Hilo-exclusive specialties
