A daily continental breakfast is included for 1 shared platter per room from 6:30 am until 10 am. Wake up to a selection of baked goods such as banana bread, croissants or pastries, tropical fruit, oatmeal, yogurt, coffee, tea, and juice. The daily breakfast is served in the Wai‘oli Lounge, where you can also purchase lattes and cappuccinos.

WSW STEAKHOUSE RESTAURANT

The Castle Hilo Hawaiian Hotel is home to WSW Steakhouse Restaurant, regarded as the only true steakhouse in Hilo. Indulge in Prime Grade or Premium Certified Black Angus Grade beef, an array of seafood, the best wine list in East Hawai’i, and a table-side Whisky Cart experience. Make your reservations early, to get an ocean view spot to catch the last glimpses of the sun while enjoying a cocktail.

Breakfast is served Monday through Saturday where you can select from the breakfast menu which includes items like red velvet pancakes, eggs benedict, steak and eggs, avocado toast, and more. On Sundays, upgrade to the all-you-can-eat Champagne Brunch Buffet featuring an omelet station.

BRUNCH

10:30 am – 1:30 pm
The popular Sunday Champagne Brunch is offered featuring a salad bar, a variety of breakfast items, an omelet station, carved prime rib, and steamed snow crab clusters.

DINNER

5:00 pm – 9:00 pm

From Sunday through Thursday, the entrees include an unlimited salad bar or the salad bar can be purchased separately as an entrée.

All of the steaks are Certified USDA Prime Grade, Wagyu MS6-8 Grade or Premium Certified Black Angus, cooked to order and can be paired with crab, lobster or shrimp. In addition, a selection of the classic steakhouse sides including escargot, Caesar salad, grilled asparagus and crème brulee are available. A few local favorites are available including a lechon appetizer, misoyaki butterfish entrée, then for dessert; local sorbets and ice cream.

WSW features an impressive list of fine wines and whiskeys from around the world, served from a roving Whisky Cart, from which hand-picked selections will be poured table-side and smoked if desired, a delightful experience.
