The Hilo Hawaiian Hotel, Trademark Collection by Wyndham offers 3 meeting/banquet rooms including:

Mala Ikena can accommodate up to 70 guests for buffet receptions
Moku‘ola 1 & 2 can accommodate up to 150 guests each and combined as the Mokuʻola Ballroom which will hold 300+ people. An open-air, covered breezeway adjacent to the Mokuʻola Ballroom offers a unique, oceanfront space which can be reserved for a pre-reception cocktail service, event registration, or meeting breaks.
The WSW Steakhouse Restaurant is also a viable setting with its 5,600 square feet space. This space is also available to accommodate corporate meeting groups for private luncheon meetings or buyout for breakfast or dinner.
